Registration
begins during the first week in March
for the upcoming school year. Students
are also a dmitted
throughout the year, as space allows.
Parents must
bring the child’s birth certificate,
immunization record, baptismal
certificate (if applicable), current
year and previous year report cards,
ITBS and State Testing Scores (if
applicable) and a $50 registration and
testing fee. A standardized reading
test is given to children registering
for grades two through seven. Children
registering for kindergarten and first
grade are given a school-designed
assessment. Acceptance is based on test
performance and the report card from the
child’s previous school.

Universal Pre-Kindergarten:
Incarnation School sponsors a Universal
Pre-Kindergarten program to give
students a head start on their
education. This state-funded
program is independent and not
religiously oriented. Students can
attend either a morning or an afternoon
session.
Separate registration for this program
begins in mid-March, but students are
accepted throughout the year as space
allows. To enroll in Pre-K, students
must be four years old by December 31,
2010.
