Development Efforts
Incarnation School
works hard to keep tuition affordable for
the families of Washington Heights. With
tuition covering roughly two-thirds of its
educational costs, the school relies on
development efforts to compensate for this
shortfall and to fund important educational
programs that would not be possible
otherwise.
Founded in 1995, the Development Board
collaborates with the Development Director
to develop a broad base of supporters,
including alumni, friends, community
members, and businesses. The Board’s
development efforts include alumni tracking,
newsletter mailings, and an annual benefit.
Last year’s benefit, entitled “Incarnation
School Centennial Celebration: Building a
Bridge to the Future at Incarnation School,”
was held on Saturday, September 20th at
Incarnation Parish and School and the 168th
Street Armory.
The school also benefits tremendously from
its association with the Patrons Program,
which has enabled Incarnation to complete a
variety of projects, including building and
furnishing a full computer lab, renovating
the library and the boys' and girls'
bathrooms and securing grants for new stair
treads and a school security system.
Incarnation relies on the generosity of its
alumni and friends in order to achieve the
school’s vision. If you are interested in
participating in the school’s mission in any
way, please contact the Development Office
at the information listed below. If you
would like to donate to the school or one of
its programs, please be sure to check if
your company offers a matching gifts
program.
